Breeder Introduction

My name is Kristi, I started my knowledge of breeding at a very early age! My grandmother bred different types of breeds as I was growing up from small to large sizes. My Father also specializes in breeding Boston Terriers and Pomeranians. So I am what I like to call a third generation Breeder. I chose the Pomsky breed because I love the beauty of the Siberian Husky and the loyalty that the Pomeranian offers. Together these two breeds make the perfect little side kick! I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology where I focused on animal behaviors and socializing skills. This knowledge has brought me to another level with raising dogs and breeding. Knowing what they need and being able to raise not only healthy Pomskies but raising their parents to be a sound role model for them as they begin their early stages of socializing. 

 

Puppy Care 

All of our puppies are raised inside and are socialized with all of our dogs after 4 to 6 weeks of age. Around this time we also allow them to spend time in our main living space so that they are exposed to normal inside noises such as the television, kitchen noises, vacuum noises and any other noises that are normal inside. They are only raised inside. We are a no kennel Breeder!!! They have a quiet bedroom upstairs that has a sole purpose of being the whelping box room where the mother and pups have privacy from the rest of our pack. As their breeder I am present during every birth to ensure their health is in perfect condition and to support the mother with anything she may need. Once the puppies are 6 weeks they will have their 1st vet exam and vaccinations. After this they are exposed to an outdoor play area set up just for them. They have supervised play sessions with all of our dogs! We provide puppy care packages with food, CKC registration papers, and toys to give your new family member the best start!
